Моя свекруха провела більше 4 років як мешканка в CAMA Woodlands. Вона отримувала найкращі піклування від усіх співробітників, завжди виявляючи свою повагу, терпіння, співчуття та любов під час своєї важкої подорожі з хворобою Альцгеймера. Мама скористалася програмою «Метелик» для догляду за деменцією, зосередившись на своїх індивідуальних потребах. Якого успіху мала ця програма, і співробітникам слід захоплюватися за все, що вони внесли. Я відчуваю щастя від того, що мама протягом останніх років з нами доглядала за нею сім’ю CAMA.

Моя тітка поїхала в Камські ліси, тому що ми переїхали до Уотердаун. Догляд був належним, проте вони були дуже недбалими, і вона померла через їхню недбалість. Тітка впала і вдарилася головою та скронею. Вони не зателефонували мені (особа, що контактує з сім'єю) набагато пізніше, і хоча вона зригувала, вони сказали, що вона в порядку. Тепер вони знали, що вона розріджує кров, і її слід було доставити в лікарню, щоб пройти сканування мозку, щоб дізнатись про кровотечі з мозку. Вони НЕ. Моя мама (її сестра) була в лікарні Джозефа Бранта, і коли мені зателефонували, я був там і збирався до неї пізніше. Я прийшов додому, щоб випустити собак перед тим, як піти до тітки. Мені зателефонувала одна з медсестер, яка сказала, що моя тітка не хотіла вечеряти і просто хотіла лягти спати. Вона відклала її, і вона НЕ ВІДПОВІДАЛА. Я дав їм рівно 1 хвилину, щоб передзвонити мені і повідомити, що вони їм зателефонували, і протягом 30 секунд. вона передзвонила, сказавши, що швидка їде. Мій син заїхав і за короткий час, коли я виходив з дому, лікар невідкладної допомоги від Джозефа Бранта зателефонував, сказавши, що якщо я хочу побачити її живою, щоб потрапити туди, тому що вона мала важкий геморагічний мозок, і нічого не могло бути зроблено. Отож моя тітка ПРОЙДЕЛА ВІД НЕБЕЗПЕЧНОСТІ КАМСЬКИХ ЛЕСІВ. Вони не брали на себе відповідальності за свої дії або не бракували ... Дуже сумно, що моя мама втратила свою молодшу сестру, а я - доброго друга, а мій син втратив свою хресну маму ВСЕ через НЕБЕЗПЕЧНІСТЬ співробітників Cama Woodlands. Остерігайтеся того, що відбувається. Я неодноразово спостерігав кількох мешканців із сильними синцями. Просто кажу! Зателефонував уряду з цього приводу, і НІЧОГО не було зроблено, навіть розслідування!

Моя мати провела останні півтора року в CAMA. Ми з сім'єю вважали персонал дбайливим, співчутливим та шанобливим. Заклад був стабільно чистим та доглянутим. Я завжди відчував, що моя мама була в хороших руках і що мене постійно інформували. Я був постійним відвідувачем тут і спостерігав, як не тільки моя мама, а й інші мешканці з любов’ю ставляться до працівників особистої підтримки та іншого персоналу. Я настійно рекомендую CAMA Woodlands.
