У квітні 2020 року той, хто не мав реалістичного уявлення про слабкість мами, зробив процедуру, яка призвела до нестерпного болю (вперше за 65 років я побачила, як мама плакала), та інфекції. Медсестра задзвонила, і я повідомив, що мама сильно болить. Вона відповіла, що чудово. Я повторив сказане. Повільно. Зрозуміло. Її відповідь не змінилася. Я сказав їй, що не думаю, що це нормально, і буду подавати скаргу. Медсестра, яка зателефонувала наступного дня, звучала більш стурбовано, але сказала, що біль є нормальним. У нас був лише парацетамол. Ми почувались абсолютно безпорадними.

Як я пізніше дізнався, коли хотів дізнатись, що вони писали у своїх примітках, я побачив, що жоден з них не зафіксував біль. Я також виявив, що медсестра 1 вирішила, що мою скаргу слід розглядати з використанням захисного запиту. І зобразивши мене істерикою. Дуже 1950-ті. Це почалося за три дні до смерті моєї мами, чому допоміг брат чи сестра з психологічним розладом, який надавав кілька неправд на допомогу справі.

Довіра принесла вибачення, але медсестра впоралася зі своєю непрофесійною поведінкою. Я думаю, що ми заслуговуємо на краще. Я не заслужив вбивства персонажа, яке деякі медсестри використовували, щоб приховати невдачу в полегшенні страждань мами.

Інші медсестри були фальшивими.

З ними дуже важко працювати, співробітники сказали мені, що у вас є лише 2 тижні, щоб записатися на прийом після отримання листа, а потім вони скасовують направлення вашого лікаря. Кожного разу, коли я телефоную, я отримую від співробітників іншу історію, вони, схоже, хочуть пояснити причини, чому вони не можуть допомогти, замість того, щоб знайти рішення - це все одно, що їм платять за те, щоб ви не отримували доступу до допомоги. Мені погано для всіх тих людей похилого віку, які намагаються отримати допомогу для поліпшення свого здоров'я. Закрийте це місце та відкрийте набагато кращу групу у своєму місці, де їх дії відповідають їхнім словам (= цілісність), а послуга - допомогти людям! У Річмонді є чудові лікарі, це місце підводить усіх у Річмонді.
