ПерекладеноЧудовий менеджмент! Дуже справедливо в будь-якому вигляді вони виконують. Я ні до кого не відчував фаворитизму чи особливого ставлення. Я працював PSW 2 роки, і мені це сподобалось. Основною причиною, через яку я пішов, була моя сім’я, яка походить з іншої країни, і мені потрібна була штатна робота. Але протягом цих двох років я відчуваю турботу та щирість керівництва. Вони будуть підтримувати вас всю дорогу. Я багато чому навчився від них не тільки того, як піклуватися про мешканця, але і як боротися з труднощами, з якими ви можете зіткнутися. Дуже приємно! Похід на роботу був для мене дуже захоплюючим. Дуже вдячна DOC, яка ніколи не шкодує про мої здібності, вона найняла мене відразу і моєму керівництву персоналом. Почуття до генерального директора.!
ПерекладеноТам була мама мого друга. Це місце коштує дорожче, ніж більшість будинків для літніх людей. Про неї не доглядали добре. Постійна дріжджова інфекція на її тілі через те, що вони її не купали. Її мама теж кілька разів губилася. Вони не контролювали їжу, тому вона зараз хворіє ожирінням. Вони погано спілкуються з сім’ями чи один з одним. Я взагалі не рекомендую це місце.
ПерекладеноТут живе моя мати. Дев'ять днів тому єдиний ліфт для мешканців квартир зламався, і на сьогодні вони все ще чекають частин. Вони мають персонал кухні, який допомагає людям сходити при необхідності. Стурбований, я зателефонував власникові цієї резиденції, він порадив мені, що у нього є ремонтна компанія, яка замінить поламану плату комп’ютера. Це не вирішило проблему, і зараз він заявляє, що частини надходять із США, які застрягли на кордоні. Цю справу слід було пришвидшити з самого початку, а ні. Цей будинок дуже дорогий, і сьогодні я дізнався, що деталі, що надходять із США, полягають у тому, що там вони дешевші ??! Тож моя мати та інші мешканці буквально застрягли на своїх поверхах, якщо не можуть користуватися сходами, наприклад мешканець, якому потрібна ходунка. Неприпустимо!
