Сьогодні, 29 жовтня, я зателефонував ще раз і отримав ту саму відповідь "Я не знаю, чому це відбувається, але ми не можемо це виправити в системі обслуговування клієнтів, і я не маю жодного іншого номера для переказу". Який сенс мати обслуговування клієнтів, якщо вони не можуть вирішити проблеми з виставленням рахунків. Немає відділу виставлення рахунків або менеджера, який би займався цією проблемою виставлення рахунків. Тим часом, я не знаю, чи повідомляли вони про мене, і це впливає на моє кредитування. Жахливі послуги, і я досі не знаю, що робити! Так розчаровує.
