Коли я отримую комп’ютерну відповідь на технічну проблему, проблему з виставленням рахунків чи щось подібне, це показує, що їх насправді не цікавить добробут гравців та участь у їхніх іграх. Якщо мені потрібна допомога, я хочу поговорити з реальною людиною, яка має відповіді та може співвіднести інформативну та корисну розмову.
Також здається, що функцією повідомлення про зловживання [з усіх речей] можна зловживати. Замість того, щоб використовувати належне судження та забороняти справжніх хакерів, яких можна виявити або побачити у відеодоказах, команда Aeria, схоже, забороняє всіх, про кого достатньо повідомляли інші гравці. Ця функція "Я бачив, як він зламав" не прирівнюється до фактичного доказу, і, на мій погляд, це ознака безтурботності, заборони, ледачості.
Ще раз оцінюю послугу Aeria Games як погану.
