Вони продовжували стягувати плату з мене за покупки нового власника, хоча новий власник з ними помирився. Вони відмовились відшкодувати. Сума була не дуже великою, але це принцип. Перевірте свої рахунки-фактури!

Нульове обслуговування клієнтів !!! Я замовив у них серветки для барбіцидів у понеділок 30-го об 11:45. На їх веб-сайті вказано "товар на складі і буде відправлений за 2 дні". У п’ятницю 3/4/20 я спробував скористатися їхньою службою чату, щоб спробувати отримати оновлення, проте ніхто не відповів, тому я надіслав по електронній пошті. Відповіді не було, тому я спробував ще раз у вівторок 7/20/20. Знову не було відповіді через чат чи електронну пошту.

Наступним моїм кроком було спробувати зв’язатися з ними через соціальні мережі. Нарешті я збирався отримати когось на IG, який сказав мені, що товар розпроданий, і вони чекають на відправлення. Добре, я розумію це завдяки поточному клімату та усьому, що відбувається. Однак на їх веб-сайті він все ще вказаний як наявний. Крім того, вони стягнули плату з моєї кредитної картки на початкову дату придбання. Сьогодні 4/10/20, і до цих пір немає оновлення від них. Не електронне повідомлення або щось інформує клієнтів про затримки.
